On March 14, students and professors from the Mediterranean College, particularly from the Schools of Education and Psychology, visited Escape, where the Project Managers of KEAN – Cell of Alternative Youth Activities presented the organization’s European projects, including AI4YW (Artificial Intelligence for Young Women).
During the visit, participants had the opportunity to learn about KEAN’s ongoing initiatives that promote youth empowerment, inclusion, and digital innovation. Special attention was given to the AI4YW project, which focuses on equipping young women with AI-related skills and knowledge, helping them navigate and thrive in a technology-driven world.
The students and faculty showed great interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can be used as a tool to support educators, psychologists, and professionals working with young people. Engaging discussions followed on the ethical use of AI, digital literacy, and how these technologies can contribute to social inclusion and equal opportunities.
We thank the Mediterranean College for this inspiring exchange and for their openness to exploring how technology and education can work together to shape a more inclusive future.
