Summary
5 days (+ travel) of activities for youth workers involved in ESC volunteering projects.
We will explore ESC individual volunteering with a focus on quality, monitoring, mentoring.
We will use a non-formal education approach, by working in groups, sharing our experiences and ideas in order to offer the best experience to ESC volunteers. The project objectives are to build a network of youth workers involved in ESC volunteering; to provide youth workers with practical tools and knowledge about quality in ESC project, tools for monitoring the quality of projects and tools for supporting volunteers, including volunteers with fewer opportunities.
