This guide is a handbook to provide parents with information on animal welfare, concerning legal framework on animal protection, listing animal welfare organisations/shelters or instructions in case of animal adoption. It was created in the framework of the European PAW project and aims to capture this useful information in each partner country. PAW is the result of a joint effort by many different organisations from countries such as Poland, Greece, Spain, Lithuania, Greece and North Macedonia, who seek to create effective methodologies on animal welfare education and animal therapy
