Summary
The main objective of the project is to promote social inclusion for young people with disabilities (18-25 years old) through sports activities. The project seeks to provide young people with disabilities with opportunities to develop physical and social skills, increase self-confidence and interact with peers and coaches in a positive and supportive environment. With these goals, we seek to contribute to an inclusive and equal society for all young people with disabilities.
Additional objectives of the project are to increase the skills and competences of coaches and trainers to be able to work with young people with disabilities in sport, to raise awareness among stakeholders about the potential of sport as a tool for the inclusion of young people with disabilities, and to promote cooperation and networking between organisations working with young people with disabilities in sport.
To achieve these objectives the partners will develop a range of activities such as:
- Focus groups.
- The results of this research will contribute to the creation of educational materials such as:
-Inclusive (online) Focus Group Guidance: It will provide guidance on how to conduct focus groups with young people with disabilities, enabling inclusive research and the development of educational materials and digital tools.

-Collection of Inclusion Best Practices: will bring together existing inclusive practices and provide inspiration and guidance for sports clubs and organisations.
