The "InKEY" project aims to offer young NEETs new motivational and encouraging programmes to acquire the key competences highlighted in the LifeComp framework, by developing engaging digital tools that integrate the dynamics, mechanisms and components of games, as well as online communities of practice. To create such tools, the project partners will:

1. Analyse existing learning opportunities and best practices of training, targeted at young NEETs, in the field of implementation of the European Framework for Basic Personal, Social and Learning Competences in the countries involved.

2. Create tailored distance learning programs for the different subgroups of the NEET population to promote the nine competencies of the personal, social and learning domains of the framework, such as well-being, flexibility, self-regulation, empathy, communication, collaboration, growth mindset, critical thinking and learning management.

3. Develop an e-learning platform for the delivery of the programmes: the platform, starting with the assessment of skills, competences and aspirations, will provide learners with more personalised learning content, engaging and motivating them through simulations, role-playing and other active learning techniques based on learning by doing, within a flexible and gamified learning environment, supported by an online community that fosters peer learning and review opportunities.

4.Develop "offline" learning activities for youth workers and trainers to promote e-learning.

Από το 2013 έως το 2022, στο Ίδρυμα Ιατροβιολογικών Ερευνών της Ακαδημίας
Αθηνών συμμετείχε σε πλήθος ερευνητικών προγραμμάτων. Έχει διεθνείς
δημοσιεύσεις και έχει συμμετάσχει σε ερευνητικά συνέδρια τόσο στην Ελλάδα
όσο και στο εξωτερικό. Επί σειρά ετών, διδάσκει στη δευτεροβάθμια εκπαίδευση.
Αναπτύσσει και υλοποιεί εθελοντικά προγράμματα νέων σχετικά με την έρευνα.
Ταυτόχρονα συμμετέχει σε δράσεις προστασίας περιβάλλοντος, πυροπροστασίας
και φροντίδας αδέσποτων ζώων.

Μιλάει αγγλικά και ισπανικά.
Εντάχθηκε στο ΚΕΑΝ το 2018 και μέχρι σήμερα έχει διαχειριστεί δράσεις και έργα
σε εθνικό και ευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο. Τον Νοέμβριο του 2022 ολοκλήρωσε το
μεταπτυχιακό πρόγραμμα Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων για Στελέχη του
Πανεπιστημίου Πειραιά.
