GREEN WEEK 2023

Throughout the week, partner events will take place, organised by schools, universities, business associations, environmental organisations, civil society and governmental bodies across Europe and beyond. These will raise awareness and educate people about the importance of protecting the environment and promoting sustainable living practices.
They will include a variety of activities such as educational workshops, seminars and eco-friendly projects that highlight the importance of "green" skills - skills that will empower people to participate and contribute to the green transition.

CONFERENCE "CIRCULAR ECONOMY, ZERO POLLUTION AND BIODIVERSITY - ACTION PLAN AND NEW STRATEGIES"
The high-level international conference on
"Circular economy, zero pollution and biodiversity-Action plan and new strategies"
was organized on 20 June 2022 by the Cell of Alternative Youth Activities (KEAN), in the framework of the European Environment Commission's
GREEN WEEK (EU GREEN WEEK 2022).
The Conference is organized in the framework of the European Enviroment Commission's Green Week (EU GREEN WEEK 2022), Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή Περιβάλλοντος Πράσινης Εβδομάδας (EU GREEN WEEK 2022), having already received the approval of the European Commission and will be published on its website.
The aim of the Conference is to highlight the environmental actions in the fields of circular economy, zero pollution and biodiversity that Local Authorities implement. At the end of the conference, the conclusions and evaluation of the papers will be followed by the awarding of honorary environmental prizes.
