On October 7, 2025, KEAN – Cell of Alternative Youth Activities participated in the 7th Diversity in Business Conference, where the organization had the opportunity to present the European project “AI4YW – Artificial Intelligence for Youth Workers.”
The presentation took place during the 6th panel, titled “Artificial Intelligence with a Human Face,” which focused on ethical challenges, social inclusion, and the opportunities that AI creates in modern workplaces and education.
Distinguished speakers shared their expertise and perspectives:

- Ioannis Markopoulos, EU & International Business Development Director at Nova ICT
- Ioanna Fanarioti, Head of Talent, EY Greece and South BU, Europe Central – EY
- Nikolaos Fachantidis, Professor at the University of Macedonia and Director of LIRES Laboratory of Informatics and Robotics Applications in Education and Society
The panel was moderated by journalist Fotis Sergoulopoulos, who led an engaging discussion on how Artificial Intelligence can evolve ethically, inclusively, and with a human-centered perspective.
As part of the session, KEAN presented the AI4YW project, showcasing how Artificial Intelligence can be leveraged to empower youth workers and educators, support neurodiverse individuals, and promote ethical innovation in the digital era.
